AromaCookery is One Month Old!

To celebrate, here's a mini Mango Chocolate Crunch from Crystal Jade Cakery. Yummy mango mousse on top of a rich chocolate pastry base. Here's to many more moons of blogging!

The inspiration for AromaCookery
came from aromatherapy. I started
thinking about how incomplete our
experience of food would be without
its wonderful aromas, and decided
to write about my own
aroma-food-therapy experiences.

Besides eating, I also love to
cook, though not as often as I'd
like to. Cooking is great therapy.
I simply love the delicious
fragrances that permeate the
kitchen. It also gives great
satisfaction when my family
pops into the kitchen and asks,
"Mmmm...that smells great! What
are you cooking?"

That's why eating is such a
scent-sual joy. I'll be sharing
my eat-out adventures here in
Singapore, as well as some
experiments in the kitchen.

an amateur cook and I would love
any constructive criticism.
